Journey as freelancer
I started my career as an iOS developer. Working with one of the reputed companies in Rajkot was my first experience as an IT professional. As time passed, I became more ambitious about my career and transitioned from being an employee to a full-time freelancer.
During the first year of freelancing, it was really hard to thrive at the initial level. Day by day, I built my portfolio and eventually made good connections, which led to my first freelancing projects that I had always been seeking. I sharpened my skills and built many apps for my freelancing clients. I wasn't required to provide business input for their mobile apps, just build them according to their requirements. I was responsible only for building the apps and delivering them to the Apple App Store. It became my routine: taking tasks, building apps, and deploying them like a robot.
No accountability. No credibility.

Why value creation ?
Although, as a typical freelancer, I was not creating much value. I was good at building applications and made a lot of them, but many failed for various reasons. Then I decided to share these failure insights from my failed projects with my beloved clients and help them with better result-driven applications.
Being a good engineer and being a growth engineer are not the same. As an engineer, I can deliver the application and its code, but as a growth engineer, I can make an impact and deliver the best results for the application's success.

What changed
I was always seeking value creation and actively participating in clients' and their businesses' achievements.
So, I started communicating with clients and industry experts about their pain points and then providing brilliant solutions to their problems.
Along with my friends, I started my own agency to build and deliver result-driven solutions in web and mobile applications.
Today, with our in-house team, we build better solutions and make your life easier with business problem-solving software."
